Our EU Legal Representative
Our appointed legal representative in the EU in connection with the DSA is Fatshark AB, a company incorporated in Sweden, located at Rosenlundsgatan 29C, 118 63 Stockholm. This entity serves as the point of contact for competent authorities and recipients of the service regarding matters relating to the DSA.
Content Moderation Transparency
Information about our approach to content moderation is available on our Community Safety page. This page explains how we moderate our services, including the rules that apply to players, the tools and processes used to identify rule-breaking or illegal content, and the sanctions that may be applied where our rules are violated. The page also explains how users can notify us of illegal or rule-breaking conduct and provides further information about our moderation processes and activities.
Law Enforcement & Regulatory Authority Requests
If you are representing an EU regulatory authority, such as law enforcement bodies, and wish to send us either:
(a) a request to act against one or more specific items of illegal content within our services, please always include in your email elements identified in Art 9 of the DSA, ie:
a reference to the legal basis under Union or national law for the order;
statement of reasons explaining why the information is illegal content, by reference to one or more specific provisions of Union law or national law in compliance with Union law;
information identifying the issuing authority;
clear information enabling us to identify and locate the illegal content concerned;
information about redress mechanisms available to us and to the recipient of the service who provided the content;
where applicable, information about which authority is to receive the information about the effect given to the orders;
the territorial scope of the order.
(b) a request to specific information about one or more specific individual recipients of one of our services, please always include in your email elements identified in Art 10 of the DSA, i.e.:
a reference to the legal basis under Union or national law for the order;
information identifying the issuing authority;
clear information enabling us to identify the specific recipient or recipients on whom information is sought, such as one or more account names or unique identifiers;
a statement of reasons explaining the objective for which the information is required and why the requirement to provide the information is necessary and proportionate to determine compliance by the recipients of the intermediary services with applicable Union law or national law in compliance with Union law, unless such a statement cannot be provided for reasons related to the prevention, investigation, detection and prosecution of criminal offences;
information about redress mechanisms available us and to the recipients of the service who provided the content;
where applicable, information about which authority is to receive the information about the effect given to the orders.
All such requests should:
(a) take the form of a legal order or reference document with an official seal and signature.
(b) confirm the sender’s full name, as well as name and designation of the authority represented.
(c) provide an official contact email associated with the authority.
(d) be transmitted in either English or in an alternative language, provided an English language translation is attached.
(e) be transmitted to our single digital point of contact for regulatory bodies at: compliance@fatshark.se
